For jugs on the table or a drinks station. The way it's served at Sudanese weddings back home.

Original, Lemon and Mint, and Cranberry Pineapple. Mix them up for a big crowd.

- Iftar in Ramadan. Karkade is what a lot of Sudanese families break their fast with. Mosques, community iftars and family nights.
- Club days and carnivals. Something cold for players, parents and kids that isn't soft drink or beer.

- We quote on your numbers. A 30 person dinner and a 300 person wedding aren't priced the same, so you get a real quote, not a guess.
- We make it fresh for your day. Made with cold water and bottled close to the date.
- Pick it up free from Westmead. Need it brought to your event? Ask when you book.
Big order or a busy weekend like Eid? Get in early. We make it in batches, and the earlier we know, the easier it is to fit you in.

Karkade Kitchen does halal Sudanese smokehouse catering. Skewers, salads, sauces, the lot. See catering.

- Original, Lemon and Mint, and Cranberry Pineapple are sweetened. Ask us if you need something less sweet.
- Made in a kitchen that also handles peanut, sesame, wheat, milk and egg. Tell us about allergies before you order.
