- Delivery: $15 flat. Free over $100.
- How it travels: frozen goods go in a freezer, and drinks are kept cold on the way to you. We deliver in Sydney only. Nothing cold is ever posted.
- When it arrives: we'll message you to arrange a time after you order.
Free pickup from Westmead
Choose pickup at checkout and it's free. We'll send you the address and a time once your order's in.
Postage, dry goods only
- What posts: dried karkade and merch.
- Where: anywhere in Australia, tracked with Australia Post.
- Cost: free over $100. Normal Australia Post rates under $100.
- Dispatch: we post within 1 to 2 days.
Returns
Food and drink can't be returned once it's left us, opened or not. It's food, and we can't resell it.
If something's wrong, tell us. If it turns up damaged or it isn't what you ordered, message us within 48 hours with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you.
