Local pickup, free
Collection is free on everything we sell. Two ways to do it.
- At a market stall. Penrith Showground on Thursdays, 127-141 Station St, Penrith NSW 2750. Blacktown Markets at the Skyline Drive-In on Sundays, Cricketers Arms Rd, Prospect NSW 2148. Parramatta Farmers Market at Centenary Square is still waiting on council approval.
- From the commercial kitchen, by arrangement. We'll confirm a time with you by email.
Order by Sunday night and you're in that week's batch. We make it Monday and Tuesday and it's ready to collect from Wednesday. Order after Sunday and you're in the following week.
Dried hibiscus, posted Australia wide
Our dried hibiscus is shelf stable, so we post it anywhere in Australia with tracked Australia Post Parcel Post.
We charge what Australia Post charges us, plus 10% for handling and packaging. Nothing is marked up past that. Postage works out by weight at checkout.

Australia Post caps a single parcel at 5kg on these rates, so anything heavier goes as multiple parcels and gets priced that way. Weights include packaging. Based on Australia Post Parcel Post pricing as at 1 July 2026, and we update it when they change theirs. Delivery is usually 2 to 8 business days depending on how far you are.
The frozen range, beef bacon and tameah
Frozen goes out one of two ways.
- Free collection at a market stall or from the commercial kitchen. This is what we recommend and it's what nearly everyone does.
- Express delivery, anywhere in Australia. Australia Post Express Post, plus a $25 handling fee per parcel for packing it frozen with ice packs and insulation.

One 600g pack weighs 1.2kg once it's packed with ice packs and insulation, so a single pack sits in the 1kg to 3kg band. Over 5kg the order ships as separate insulated parcels and the $25 handling applies to each one, because each one has to be packed to survive the trip on its own.
Frozen freight is expensive and we're not going to pretend otherwise. Posting one pack of beef bacon costs more than the bacon does. If you can get to a market, grab it free. If you're outside the east coast and you want it posted, email drinkkarkade@gmail.com first. How far away you are changes what we can promise about the state it turns up in, and we'd rather say so before you pay.
Ordering frozen and dried together
They ship separately, because one is shelf stable and one isn't. Checkout will show you two shipping charges. That's not an error. It's two parcels.

The 6 Pack
The bottled range is still in production. Pre-orders are charged now and dispatched when the first run is bottled. We'll email you a dispatch date, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before it ships. Postage is the Parcel Post rates above once it's shelf stable. Until then, collection is free.
Damaged or missing
If something turns up damaged, or doesn't turn up at all, email drinkkarkade@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out. Our refund policy explains how food refunds work.
