It isn't made yet, and we're not going to pretend it is. The bottled version is in production trials with our manufacturer in Melbourne. Until those trials pass there's no shelf stable bottle for us to sell you.

So this isn't a normal pre-order. It's a reservation. It tells us how much of each flavour to commit to on the first run, which is the difference between brewing to real demand and guessing.

The flavours

• Original. Straight karkade, the way it's made at home. $30
• Lemon & Mint. Fresh lemon and cool mint through the hibiscus. $36
• Cranberry & Pineapple. Sharp, bright, a bit tropical. $36

Six 500ml bottles. Brewed from whole dried calyces to a family recipe. No concentrate, no cordial base. Naturally caffeine free. Halal, always.

Allergens

Hibiscus, water, sugar, and whatever fruit or herb is in the name. We don't add peanut, sesame, wheat, milk, egg or soy.

These get bottled at a contract manufacturer in Melbourne, not in our kitchen. The final allergen and ingredient labelling gets confirmed when the trials finish and it'll be printed on the bottle. So when?

We don't have a date, because the trials aren't finished, and we're not going to make one up. What we will do is email you the moment we've got a real dispatch date. You can cancel for a full refund any time before it ships. No forms, no questions, no time limit.
